Recruitment applications

If you apply through the careers page, we collect your name, email address, country, current location, profile links, primary area of expertise, preferred working arrangement, selected technologies, years of experience, availability, the introduction you write and the CV you upload. We also record when you gave consent and whether our internal notification email was delivered.

Your CV is stored in private storage and is available only to authorised Sardo Group administrators through the administration area of this website. It is never published, and no public download link is created.

Application details and CVs are used only to assess your application and to consider you for current or future opportunities. We do not use them for marketing.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that host this website and deliver email notifications on our behalf, and may be disclosed where required by law.

Retention

Enquiry records are retained for as long as necessary to manage the commercial relationship or the enquiry, and for the period required by applicable record keeping obligations.

Career applications and attached CVs are retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission, so that we can consider you for future opportunities. If you ask us to delete your application, we will remove the record and the stored CV, normally within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. Requests can be sent to hello@sardogroup.com.

Cookies and analytics
